T STAR pledges to provide services that are designed to deliver a satisfying customer experience.
Services on the T STAR website will include thorough instructional videos on assembling and maintaining TSats as well as information pages for each subsystem or component.
T STAR will assist and offer consultation services regarding satellite construction/component optimization, requirements development, and mission phase planning.
T STAR will offer the use of T STAR’s ground station facility, known as TSOC (TSat Sustaining and Operations Center). TSOC will act as the focal point for TSat services and products. TSOC will include a mission control center with designated certified flight controllers, and will have data processing and communications capabilities. For customers interested in integrating their own custom components inside of their TSat, T STAR will also offer integration services.
